Sketching and drawing is a great way to improve your creative skills! Developing your skills as an artist encourages  creativity and power of observation.   During this 4-week course, you will be provided an overview of drawing basics, including contour, sighting, measuring, and mark-making with exercises in line, and value.  Students of all skill levels are welcome. Most supplies—with the exception of sketchbook—are included, although you may want to purchase materials after experimenting with mine in class.       

Class will be held live in my Red Shed studio at McGuffey Art Center, Charlottesville, VA.
